Refund policy

Welcome to Jaipuri Sarees! We are dedicated to providing you with a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. Before making a purchase, kindly review the following terms & conditions, as your purchase indicates your acknowledgment, understanding, and agreement to adhere to these terms.

1. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges:

• Products that are on sale, discounted, or purchased with a coupon or gift voucher are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
• Please carefully review the size chart for on-sale products.
• In case you receive a damaged or wrong product, kindly send it back to us along with your order number. Once we receive the product, we will send you a fresh piece.

1. Made-to-Order Items:

• Some products are made-to-order and are not eligible for returns. The return and exchange policy for such products will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

1. Non-Returnable Categories:

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for Sarees, Accessories, Decor, and Jewellery categories.

1. Exchange Policy:

• As a company policy, we do not provide refunds or returns on any sold products. However, you can exchange the purchased item for a bigger or smaller size (subject to meeting the aforementioned conditions).
• To request an exchange for a non-sale product, contact us at jaipuriisarees@gmail.com within 2 working days or 48 working hours of delivery.
• Please note that we do not have a reverse pickup facility for now, so you need to send the product back to us yourself. Always take an acknowledgment receipt from the courier person with their signature and mobile number to avoid any lost shipments.
• The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend using traceable mail for returns.

2. Exchange Conditions:

• Exchange can be done within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all labels and tags intact, and in its original packaging to be eligible for exchange.
• Include your name, address, contact number, email, and order ID on the parcel along with the requested size for the exchange.
• Please note that only one exchange is allowed per order.

1. Credit Note:

• If the desired size for the exchange is not available, a credit note will be issued to you. The credit note will be valid for 30 days from the date of receipt.

1. Cancellation Policy:

• Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.
• Cash on Delivery orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Contact us at   +91 7357700237 or jaipuriisarees@gmail.com to request a cancellation.
• The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Jaipuri Sarees and accepts our decision regarding the cancellation.

1. International Shipping and Returns:

• We offer worldwide shipping.
• International orders under USD 150 will be charged INR 2000 per kg (approx. USD 20) for shipping, while orders above USD 150 will be shipped free.
• Please be aware that custom duties and taxes will be charged at the time of delivery based on actual duties charged by your country of delivery address.
• International orders are not eligible for returns, cancellations, or exchanges.

1. Shipping Duration for International Orders:

• It will take approximately 10-12 days for your international order to reach you from the time of shipping.

1. Payment Methods for International Shipping:

• You can use all international credit cards to make the payment for your international shipping orders.
